Milton Municipal Court, Pierce County

Our Court provides a forum for traffic and misdemeanor citations and infractions within the City. Milton Municipal Court is conducted four Mondays each month at 9:00 am in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. The Chamber entrance is located on the west side of the City Hall building.

The Court Clerk's office is located in the City Hall Administration Building at 1000 Laurel Street. The Court Clerk's office is open between the hours of 8 - 5 Monday through Friday. Contact the Court Clerk at (253) 922-7625.
